1. Returns

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product along with clear images of the damage or defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized items, used products, and items damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements for damaged or defective items, subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Return Shipping

Customers may be required to ship the product back to us securely as instructed by our support team.
